road.cc has recently added Steve Worland and John Stevenson as regular contributors to the core team of Tony Farrelly, Dave Atkinson, Mat Brett, David Arthur, Simon MacMichael and Jo Burt.

As part of the site's 'mid-term report' road.cc has also announced a 40 per cent increase in visitor numbers since December 2012, with 702,448 unique visitors in the month up to June 12th (and over 3.2 million pages viewed).

More statistics from road.cc include growth in those receiving its twice weekly newsletter, now over 30,000, according to the site. The Fantasy Cycling game now has over 9,000 players registered.

“The increase in figures across the board shows that road.cc is continuing to provide the editorial leadership, incisive news stories and authoritative product reviews that UK cyclists expect and deserve," said editor Tony Farrelly. "We are committed to recruiting the very best in British cycling journalism and the addition of writers of the calibre of Steve and John as contributors reflects that ambition.”
