Hotlines-distributed brand Rondo has partnered with the first ever Dukes Weekender Cycling Festival, which will take place from 8th-9th September in Aberfoyle and the surrounding Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park in Scotland.
The Dukes Weekender festival includes a 60km gravel enduro around the Trossachs landscape. This event format mixes non-competitive social riding with competitive timed stages and mixes forest roads, lochside trails and cycle paths. Intermediate riders will also take on a closed road hill climb event up the Dukes Pass.
Dave Flynn, marketing manager at Hotlines, said: “We’ve worked with the team behind The Dukes Weekender in the past and know they’ll make sure this will be the cycling festival of the year. For us, Rondo is the perfect fit for this event as the Ruut bikes with their innovative flip-chip fork mean you’ve got a hillclimber for Saturday and a comfortable, ride-all-day gravel bike for Sunday. Plus we’ve had a peek at some of the route and now we can’t wait to ride!”
