Telegraph Group takes majority stake in London Bike Show organiser

VOS Media, organiser of the London Bike Show, has been acquired by Telegraph Media Group, according to a report from thedrum.net.

The media firm, which also produces the Ski and Snowboard Show and the London Bike Show neighbours Outdoors Show and Active Travel Show, publishes the Ski and Snowboard magazine.

VOS Media MD Damian Norman has retained a minority equity stake, says thedrum.net.
