Workshop manager/senior mechanic – On Your Bike

On Your Bike is now recruiting in its East Grinstead store for a workshop manager/senior mechanic who is used to working in a commercial but customer centric environment. You will also assume a number of senior tasks and support managers with the day-to-day running of the shop. You must have a strong ethic for customer service and strive to ensure all customers have the best possible experience. You will also be required to set up technical customer workshops and doctor bike sessions.

Sales and customer service representative – Canyon

Providing great customer service is the most important part of the plans to grow the Canyon brand in the UK and the pre sales and customer service team are the first point of contact for Canyon consumers. This office based job involves handling incoming phone, email and chat enquiries on a wide range of matters including new bike and equipment sales, sizing or technical questions, warranty enquiries and much more. The position is based in the Chessington Office/service centre.

E-bikes systems technical representative – Bosch

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting bike dealers in the UK with the aim to penetrate the Bosch brand in the bike trade and increase loyalty to the Bosch brand, technical support for the dealer, support in resolving problem cases, de-escalation, troubleshooting, on-site assessment for guarantees/ warranties/ gestures of goodwill, organising and conducting regional training, determine sales opportunities in the market for the Bosch e-bike system, identify needs of the market (dealers, end-users) through specialised consulting, and implementation of marketing measures of “Bosch System-equipped” e-bikes for the bicycle dealer.

Workshop mechanic – Velocity 44

The ideal candidate will be a conscientious, hardworking and dedicated individual who appreciates quality and attention to detail within a workshop environment. You will need to have a good technical and mechanical background on road, triathlon, time trial and mountain bikes, have the ability to work in a time efficient manner on all bikes including all varieties with electronic transmissions and hydraulic brakes. Qualified to Cytech level two or three is preferred, although specific training in all areas will be provided to the successful candidate.

Bike shop manager – BikePark

BikePark is seeking a new bike shop manager to lead the retail team. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to continue the work done to date by Phil, the existing manager and to work with him as the new head of retail to further improve the levels of customer service, systems, processes and product presentation. The ideal candidate will be a fun, engaging individual who is organised, experienced and great with people. Previous management experience is a must.
