Mechanic/sales assistant – JC Cook

JC Cook is looking for a trained and experienced mechanic and sales assistant who is passionate about cycling to work across the teams in both of stores. Drivers license is essential. It is a Trek, Cube, Orange, Whyte bikes, Kross, Bergamont and Claud butler dealer. Excellent communication skills are essential as is product knowledge so previous experience would help as well as an ability to work flexible working hours. You must also enjoy the experience of face-to-face selling and show that willingness to engage with customers. Responsibilities will also include assistance with the day to day running of the store and stock control.

Full-time sales/shop assistant – Fudges Cyclestore

Fudges Cyclestore is a family run independent cycle shop based in Paddington and Epsom, established in 1923. It is looking for an enthusiastic cycle technician/sales person, preferably with retail experience to join the team with a view to expanding the business. You will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and be willing to contribute ideas. You must be reliable and above all interested in making the store a success. The main brands are Specializied, Gocycle, Riese and Muller, Raleigh, Brompton,Tern and Birdy.

Buying admin assistant (full-time) – Sigma Sports

You’ll be working directly with some of the world’s leading cycling brands to source a range of products that meet the needs of passionate and enthusiastic customers. Tasks include providing daily administrative support to the buying team, managing the company product database, managing product price changes and life cycles, daily contact with suppliers and use of various B2B systems to place orders, new product upload to support new product ranges entering the business, purchase order management and invoice reconciliation.

Sram technical centre administrator – ZyroFisher

This role will be based at the Sram technical centre in Windsor, Berkshire. The Sram administrator will be responsible for providing support to the Sram technicians, customers and staff as required along with contributing to delivering the service level agreements. You will be proactive, personable and dynamic with a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll be self motivated, able to work as a team under pressure at times and effectively working to deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work methodically and have good problem solving skills. Knowledge of the cycling industry and an interest in cycling would be an asset but is not essential.
