Top five jobs of the week - BikeBiz
The BikeBiz jobs board filled over 700 positions in 2017, and listings are still on the rise. Here is our latest top five…

Senior Mechanic/Workshop Manager – Look mum no hands!
Look mum no hands! is possibly the best place to be a bike mechanic in London. The workshop is looking for a skilled mechanic with a minimum of four years workshop experience, ideally as a workshop manager. The role requires someone who is happy to work some early mornings, late nights and weekends, with an enthusiasm for all things cycling.

Copywriter – Ribble Cycles
Ribble Cycles is looking for a real cyclist enthusiast, team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail, who will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an ideal opportunity for creative copywriters with a degree in a sports journalism background. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, Ribble would like to meet you.

Online Marketing Executive – Rutland Cycling
This key head office role will give you the opportunity to combine your career with your passion, getting up close and personal with some of the latest and greatest products from the biggest brands in cycling, and sharing your love of all things bike with our rapidly growing online community. The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing and the ability to bring Rutland brands and products to life, alongside strong digital marketing skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Lead Sales – Cycleworks UK
Cycleworks UK is looking for a lead salesperson for its busy Petersfield shop. The ideal candidate will have some experience of selling bikes in a retail environment. However, Cycleworks offers full training to new staff and encourages anyone lacking in experience to put their name forward.

Lead Mechanic – Cycleworks UK
Cycleworks' Petersfield shop is also looking for a new lead mechanic. It is varied work, split fairly evenly between road and mountain, with the majority of bikes being higher end. Ideally, candidates will be Cytech level 2 or have experience equivalent to that qualification, and able to service Rockshox and Fox forks. Di2 and Etap familiarity is very useful.
