Corratec Life S wins German design and innovation award

Corratec has won a German design and innovation award for its Life S.

The judges said: “Granted, we were sceptical when we first saw the Corratec Life S; it looks rather unconventional.

“But if you give the Life S a chance, your opinion will quickly change. The uni-size frame fits practically any rider.

“Even our tallest tester measuring 1.90 metres was able to get comfortable on the Life S – you can share the bike with the whole family.

“Due to the special geometry, you’ll be able to put your feet comfortably on the ground when stopping, without having to get off the saddle, which is a huge advantage in the city.

“The choice of components is simple but practical, and in view of the low price of €2,499, it’s perfectly acceptable.

“The handling of the Life S is good-natured and stable at any speed, so the bike is perfect for older people and beginners too.

“With the Life S, Corratec has created a truly exceptional e-bike for the city and light touring, offering much more than one would expect at first sight."
