Female-focused evenings to include maintenance workshops, what to wear advice and more

Cycle Surgery launches new set of women only evenings

Cycle Surgery is reviving its popular women-only evenings this summer, starting next week.

The informative free evenings take place in a female friendly environment and are open to all regardless of cycling ability. Aimed at women looking to get more out of their cycling, customers will be able to attend basic bike maintenance workshops, as well as get advice on what to wear and nutrition. Cycle Surgery staff will be on hand to answer questions.

Free cupcakes and refreshments will be offered alongside on-the-night discounts and competitions. Trek’s Chris Garrison will be at the Spitalfields event (July 28th) to demonstrate how to get the most from their bike, with tips on setting up riding position for comfort and confidence.

Places can be reserved here.

The women-only evenings are being run in conjunction with Runners Need, who will be on hand to offer gait analysis and running advice.
