Frames and custom offerings to be available from the High Street retailer

Cycle Surgery to stock bespoke bike frames from Pearson

151 year-old firm Pearson Cycle Specialists has entered into a new partnership with Cycle Surgery.

The High Street retailer will sell Pearson’s frames sets and bespoke-built Pearson bikes to customer order.

The firm said that the move signifies a step for Cycle Surgery towards the custom side of the market, raising awareness of the retailer’s specialist services.

“We have been looking for partnership with a company that is well aligned to sell our brand,” said Pearson directors Guy and William Pearson.

“Cycle Surgery is a perfect size to maintain well informed advice and gives us great UK-wide exposure. Customers will have first hand opportunity to inspect frames in store, to discuss personal bike builds or to buy and build a bike themselves.

“We look forward to a close relationship with Cycle Surgery for the long term.”

Cycle Surgery’s Paul Wilson added: “Road bike sales over the last few years have been fantastic for us and recently our staff have had more customers requesting a custom build service.

"Pearson was our first choice for a road frame as they offer quality, great performance and an established brand history that few other companies can match. We are incredibly proud of this partnership and we looking forward to an exciting summer.”

Cycle Surgery was part of a management buy out involving Snow+Rock Group last year.
