Yes, the Gloria Hunniford show is to major on the benefits of cycling!
It will be screened on Channel 5 at 2.15pm on Friday.
Recording takes place tonight and the programme will features a contribution from ACT board member Nigel Hill, owner of Sidcup Cycle Centre. A doctor will also expound on the health benefits of cycling.
No doubt getting on your bike during the FMD crisis will get more than a passing mention on the show.
