DexShell’s new patent reveals strides forward in waterproofing

The newly-patented technology is present in a number of products in the 2018 range and is available from DexShell with immediate effect.

The patent covers the lamination process and allows a greater level of comfort-enhancing flexibility and a reduction in the thickness of some of its garments. As DexShell’s Chris Dodd explains, this is the latest in a series of enhancements across the range following feedback from customers and retailers.

‘The traditional three-layer approach to producing the socks is no longer needed with this new technology and we are proud to say that we are the first brand to use a laminated membrane in this way.

“We aren’t stopping with the socks either. From September, we’ll have a new laminated and sewn glove for the cycle market. This will offer the comfort and feel of a regular cycling glove but, as with all our range, the added benefit of being waterproof”

Also new for 2018 is the branded digital point of sale stand for retailers ordering enough product to fill it.

DexShell recently announced the expansion of its UK sales force. The company is now seeking new retail partners as part of that expansion. Interested retailers can contact DexShell on 0161 864 4666.
