Expanded Leighton Buzzard warehouse will have Sunnywheel stock from early 2014

Chicken Cyclekit adds SunnyWheel and confirms Briko stock

Chicken Cyclekit has signed a distribution agreement with Taiwan’s accessory maker SunnyWheel, also confirming a deal with Briko, now under new ownership.

SunnyWheel are best known for its ‘Flinger’ mudguard line, but also produce items such as child’s stabilisers, child seats and quirky goods such as handlebar mounted coffee cup holders.

The new signs come fresh on the back of the addition of both the Vermarc and Sports Tourer brands.

Briko has fortunately recovered from near financial collapse and is now owned by an Italian firm, who have revamped and re-released a new eyewear and clothing catalogue. Briko has also acquired the LAS helmet range which Chicken also distributes.

Chicken Cyclekit has also told BikeBiz that the Ryde and Velomann labels will have some surprises come CoreBike, for which you can register online now at www.corebike.co.uk

Cedric Chicken, director at Chicken Cyclekit, added: "Key products for IBDs are KMC chain reels and the new Datatag security system. Also, the entire Zefal range is now in stock. Comprising the well-known pumps, mudguards and bottle ranges, Zefal have its own range of locks. Original toe clips and straps, important maintenance products and mirrors are also available. Furthermore, dealers can pick up with the uninterrupted supply of Zefal custom bottles."
