To further improve service and enable dealers to communicate directly with the correct department, Paligap is installing a new phone system from today (Monday 28th July).
Paligap said: "This will ensure our customer base can contact the department they require more efficiently and directly, rather than phoning the current single number which handles all of our calls through an automated menu. With business growing, we want to ensure each customer receives first-class service and efficiency.
"Please use below numbers for contacting the relevant department. We will also be providing a Direct Dial list via our B2B website when you log in, so you can contact any member of staff directly. If they are not available, there is a voicemail system in place.
"We encourage Warranty, Marketing and Brand information enquires to be emailed where possible, as we find this process allows for a more efficient response. We aim to respond to all emails within 2 – 3 working days. All of these departments have Direct Dial telephone numbers however, for urgent enquiries."
