Paligap launches new B2B site

Paligap has launched a brand new B2B site featuring over 7,000 product lines with updated product information, videos and stock availability.

The site has already seen an uplift of 14 per cent since its launch date in January, with the distributor commenting that it is confident that this number will continue to rise as dealers get a handle on navigating around the new layout.

Paligap has introduced many online only offers and free carriage on certain items, plus a livestock feed if the retailer meets certain criteria’s so their website can be in-stock 24/7.

Paligap initiated a new programme and invested in three brand managers who travel the UK visiting IBDs and events nationwide, giving technical and product knowhow to staff and owner. Any dealers who require this service on Cyclops, saris, Stans no tubes, FFWD wheels or Marin bikes can book directly with the distributor to arrange.

The company stated: “Our recent CycleOps Smart Demo centres rollout in 2018 has proved to us that many motivated dealers are willing to take on new challenges in this exciting new category; the uptake of 30+ dealers within the first month of the offer proved this, and now we’re looking to extend it to 50 IBDs by May this year. This category really is a year round and not just a winter necessary evil as turbo training once was.”
