Stock of two bike line to land in March. Frames to be shown at The Bike Place

R53 Sport to distribute Pyga Bikes

R53 Sport is to distribute Pyga Industries products in the UK, with stock landing in March.

Pyga is the brainchild of co-founder of Leatt, Mark Hopkins and Patrick Morewood, a frame design expert.

Set to debut the product to dealers at the Bike Place Show, which begins at Silverstone this weekend, Pyga’s frames are based around a relaxed, confidence inspiring geometry.

There are currently two models: A 110mm rear travel 29er (OneTen29) and a 120mm rear travel 650B (OneTwenty650), with the latest carbon hardtail (Zero650C), becoming available later in the year.

Patrick Morewood, founder at Pyga Industries, said: “R53 Sport are the new generation of distribution companies in the UK, with great technical and commercial understanding and above all a fantastic customer service, and we’re confident that they’re going to do a magnificent job.”

Craig Groves of R53 Sport added: “We are really excited to have Pyga Industries in our portfolio of brands and we are looking forward to working with Pat and Mark in growing Pyga in the UK. Pyga fits really well with R53 Sport highly engineered and quality products and fun brands too”.

R53 also distribute the Labyrinth, ICE, Massi and a Custom Clothing label, the latter set to launch soon.
