Citing significant growth in the e-bike market, EBC has grown its technical support team with the appointment of Jack Windsor.
EBC MD Paul Stanforth commented: "With dealer technical support playing a crucial role as the electric bike sector continues to grow rapidly, we are delighted to welcome Jack Windsor to the technical team, who will be assisting Richard Fogg in all aspects of dealer technical support."
Windsor commented: "I have a passion for cycling and have been part of the cycle industry for almost four years. Having first started as a volunteer for a local cycle charity, I progressed to a fully qualified Cytech technician within my local cycle shop.
“I have now taken on the position of technical assistant within EBC to learn more about e-bikes and progress within a developing and exciting market. I look forward to contributing to the EBC team and liaising with dealers at the EBC technical training seminars."
The company is set to move into its new technical support facility and product showroom, which will give the EBC tech team access to the latest software, tooling and components.
