Enigma sets its sights on North America for Interbike 2016

Frame and bike brand Enigma is absent from the Cycle Show NEC, instead exhibiting for the first time ever at the Interbike Show, Las Vegas, from September 21st to 23rd, via US-based distributor British Cycle Imports.

Enigma sells titanium and steel bikes worldwide, but has specifically excluded sales to North America up until now. Explaining the shift in strategy, managing director and company founder Jim Walker explained that the company "is in a good place," and that "this is a strategic decision."

Yesterday, the first day of the Interbike Show, marks almost ten years to the day since the Enigma brand was founded.

"Enigma has enjoyed strong growth during the preceding 12 months, and with the additional investment we have made in both staff and equipment over the last two years, the time is right for us to offer our products to the discerning buyer in the USA and Canada," continued Walker. "We’re ready for the challenge and looking forward to it. I’m confident our friends across the Atlantic will like what we have to offer. With a great deal of experience in our field, the time is right to expand our horizons and look to North America."
