Show lines up more space for exhibitors, cycle apparel and e-bikes

Eurobike sizes up further expansion

Eurobike – the international cycle show taking place in September – is planning to grab yet more space to accommodate growing demand.

Aside from increased floor space for the expected 1,000-plus exhibitors, the show organiser has dedicated more room for cycle apparel and fashion shows, and for e-bikes (the latter previously announced at the end of last year).

It is predicted that 39,000 cycle dealers and 1,500 journalists will attend Eurobike, which takes place from September 1st to 4th in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

Bookings are already in good shape according to Eurobike project manager Stefan Reisinger.

He said: "Things are looking extremely good, both for Eurobike itself and the Demo Day on August 31st, the day before the show.”

Access to the show should be improved with newly opened southern and northern access roads will be open, and, as Reisinger told BikeBiz at the start of the month, Ryanair’s decision to cut direct flights to Friedrichshafen won’t prevent attendees from getting to the show.
