Green Oil has released the CF3 – a charged-by-hand reusable three-in-one spray can unit, at Core Bike.
The product is currently being showcased at the Upgrade stand at Core Bike 2011, running until Tuesday February 2nd.
CF3 was developed following requests from Green Oil users – particularly cycle hire centres and workshops – looking for the convenience of a spray. The CF3 is also ideal, says Green Oil, for use in work shops where ventilation is not great as many other spray lubes require ventilation to let the toxins out.
The CF3 (retail price £6.99), is charged manually using air pressure. The user has to push the cap up and down to create pressure inside the bottle, and when the cap is removed the spray is ready for use. CF3 can be used with Green Oil's Clean Chain degreaser. Mixinng 70ml Clean Chain and 30ml water, the unit creates a degreasing foam for application onto the bike chain – without the aid of CFCs, petrochemicals or any other hydrocarbon propellants like isobutane.
“With Upgrade Distribution we are excited to be launching the CF3, with Green Oil’s debut at Core Bike," enthused Simon Nash, Director of Green Oil UK. "Riders no longer have to choose between spray lubricants and Green Oil, with CF3 combining the two.”
Trade enquiries should be directed to Upgrade Bikes on 01403 711 611, or to the stand at Core Bike.
