Blaze’s Emily Brooke won Rising Star and Cycle Law Scotland’s Brenda Mitchell picked up the Pioneer award. Meanwhile, Isla Bikes founder Isla Rowntree was voted overall Woman of the Year and picked up the award at the afternoon networking reception.
