Future of The Midnight Ride secured thanks to Tweeks Cycles

The Midnight Ride based in Oswestry, Shropshire will commence a new partnership with Wrexham-based Tweeks Cycles.

The Midnight Ride, a charity event founded in 2015 by Alan Lewis, has grown steadily each year since its inception; it is now aiming to expand and attract more cyclists to the event in 2018 with the aide of established dealer Tweeks Cycles.

Lewis commented on the partnership with great enthusiasm: “I’m excited to be working with Chris and the team at Tweeks; by working with together, we’re aiming to secure the event for future years and attract more avid riders. We’ll also continue to support the local Charity Severn Hospice, who I have raised money for the last ten or so years.”

Head of Tweeks Cycles Chris Davies added: “Tweeks are proud to be the title sponsor for this year’s midnight ride. We’re really excited to support a great local event and worthwhile cause in Severn Hospice. I’m really looking forward to working closely with Alan Lewis to make the 2018 event the most successful yet!”

The Midnight ride will be on Saturday 23rd June 2018 and will cover around 85 miles through Shropshire and Mid Wales. A website is being constructed and should be live in early 2018.
