CSG adds demo and training co-ordinator role

George Huxford joins CSG UK

Cycling Sports Group UK has appointed George Huxford to the newly created role of Demo and Training Coordinator.

Huxford will now be working on creating demo and experience events with the distributor’s new demo fleet of 2015 bicycles and P&A. Working in conjunction with CSG’s active dealer base, test and riding events will be taking place all over the UK in some of the best spots available, from mountain bike centres to velodromes, sportive courses and tri events.

Managed by CSG UK marketing manager Clive Gosling, George brings with him a wealth of knowledge and passion for cycling and bicycles accrued working for years in premium bicycle retailers.

Clive Gosling added, “Adding George to the team is a great opportunity to focus on getting more people experiencing the brands in a positive way. He is bursting with enthusiasm and pride to get out there and really show people the unique qualities of our products.”

George said of his new role at CSG, “It’s my first week and already I’m straight into event planning getting, getting up to speed on the products and down in the workshop prepping bikes. It’s a dream job, I am very excited to be involved with brands of such calibre and am genuinely looking forward to hitting the road next week.”

The new CSG Demo Programme begins in earnest with the Cycle Surgery Staff Demo Event taking place at the London Olympic Velopark, where George will be showcasing the entire range of Cannondale and Charge Bicycles and running ride-outs and demos.
