Greyville reps put through the training mill

The suppliers who made presentations at the meeting were Philippe van Houtte of Woodman, Henri Manders and Tomonori Suenaga of SunTour, Frank Moons of BBB and Denis van Roey of Lazer.

Frank Moons said: "This was a great opportunity to get to know the Greyville sales team and gain a better understanding on how they work. It is important that the salesmen are well informed and have the confidence of their customers."

Alan Pritchard, MD of Greyville said: "We are all aware that the trade is changing and that small independent companies, whether they are retailers or distributors, need to improve their offering to the customer. We are working very hard to improve the service we offer and training forms a very important part of this."
