Halfords pins down VooDoo bikes deal

VooDoo bikes will be available exclusively from Halfords from March 2011, the retailer has revealed.

The range includes four hardtail and two full suspension mountain bikes, two hybrid, three BMX and two DirtJump frames. The line-up features VooDoo’s trademark Zobop (£1,499.99), as well as 29ers, the Hoodoo (£479.99) and Bokor (£679.99).

The range recently won What Mountain Bike magazine’s Best Value 2010 award for the Canzo, with futher positive press feedback from MBR, FHM, Stuff and Bikeradar.com.

“We are extremely excited about the 2011 range,” enthused VooDoo Bike designer Joe Murray.

“By teaming up with Halfords we’ve been able to ensure VooDoo’s unrivalled level of specification and attention to detail is priced extremely competitively. It’s the perfect partnership, VooDoo designs and creates and Halfords has the massive distribution network and Far-East know how.”

VooDoo will be available online and in over 400 Halfords superstores.
