Ibis Cycles announces seven-year warranty

Ibis Cycles’ UK distributor 2pure has announced that the brand will introduce a new seven-year warranty on all Ibis frames and wheels produced after January 1st, 2016.

The warranty – which was originally offered for a period of three years – is non-transferrable and covers the fist owner against any defects in materials and workmanship.

In addition to this seven-year warranty, Ibis is also offering a lifetime no-fault guarantee; it will provide a low-cost replacement or the repair of the damaged parts in a crash or other non-warranty situation for the life of the original owner.

The brand claims that this not only showcases confidence in its products, but also its commitment to Ibis customers around the globe.
