The Indian Government has reportedly ordered an investigation into a doctor who used a track pump as part of multiple laparoscopic tubectomy procedures.
According to the Hindustan Times, the doctor in question claims to have carried out some 60,000 operations using the method over a period of ten years without incident, as well as suggesting he’s not alone in using a bicycle pump for this particular procedure.
