Drift Innovation and Ison Distribution are changing their Bicycle Market distribution arrangement by mutual agreement.
In January 2013, Ison entered into a bicycle market specific distribution arrangement for Drift Innovation. The Drift Ghost model has since won the MBR Action Camera test, lifting the brand’s profile significantly within the cycling market.
According to Ison, both companies felt that in the fast moving technology market, dealers will be better served by Drift undertaking a direct relationship with dealers to provide, who will now on-going sales and support.
Ison will re-focus upon developing and increasing its core range of performance bicycle specific products with their already well-established market leading brands.
Both Ison and Drift have found the short distribution collaboration to be beneficial, and are expecting to continue to work together in promotional areas within the bicycle market, with Ison having direct contact to several leading athletes within cycling.
