Title: Build-a-Bike Course Operator

Job Location: Based locally to Faversham ideally but most days will be on the road visiting schools 

Salary: £10p/h rising to £15.75 once fully trained (Time expected for full training is 4-8 weeks)

Looking for staff for an immediate start. 

We are looking for someone who can cover 32-44 hours per week. There is also extra earning potential on top of this. 

The successful candidate would ideally have a little knowledge of bicycle mechanics but this is not essential as full training will be given. A very basic knowledge and practical level of skills is required so please don’t be put off by this requirement. 

What we would like to see is someone who has experience working alongside children who are schooling outside of the national curriculum (ages 5-18) and wants to make a difference to young lives who are beset by disadvantage. We would like you to be in possession of enhanced DBS. These are desirable however and no essential. 

Applicants must live in Kent or Essex or be willing to travel to our schools in these areas. We also have schools outside of these areas and travel to these on certain days will be required. Though a van can be supplied to you. Full UK driving licence is a must. Any applicant must also be reliable as we are working to tight timetables each and every day and the reputation of the reliability of our business as crucial. 

This is a challenging but hugely rewarding role. Pension details upon request. Uniform supplied.
