Role Purpose You will create, develop a pipeline, and close sales and projects selling our products and services to clients, including but not limited to local authorities, contractors, commercial businesses, architects, and other construction related companies. You will be responsible for building solid relationships, evaluating their business needs, issues and challenges, and identifying relevant solutions to help them. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in B2B sales Strong negotiation, analysis and commercial skills Confidence and enthusiasm to hit the ground running, keen to both contribute and learn Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team Ability to multitask and manage own time effectively and be well organised Strong, confident communication skills, both on the phone and face to face Strong computer skills Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software An interest in cycling and sustainable transport Main Responsibilities: Responding to incoming phone and email enquiries To build relationships and create opportunities to develop new business in line with set targets, generating profitable sales growth with new accounts To identify, create and maximise opportunities within existing accounts to obtain a larger share of the client’s budget Attend client meetings and carry out site surveys Develop and maintain good client relationships via all communication methods Proactively identify opportunities for revenue uplift during client communications Read, Investigate, and complete Tenders bids Accurate order processing and record keeping Represent the company at trade events Working with Operations to ensure projects are delivered to client’s satisfaction and KPIs are met The role: A permanent full-time position Starting immediately Attractive Salary package Cycle to work scheme, Perkbox and other benefits Training Programme Opportunities to grow within the company This role is a full-time, working 40 hours per week.
