Hotlines Distribution\u00a0has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, passionate bike enthusiast to join the Sales team on a permanent basis covering the\u00a0North of England, Scotland and Ireland.\r\nWe provide you with an excellent basic salary, fantastic bonus structure and a company vehicle to use at work.\r\nWhat will you be doing?\r\nYou will develop sales strategies plus deliver sales via existing and new independent bike retailers within a given geographic territory.\r\nYou will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.\r\nPlay a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing\/negotiating with clients.\r\nGenerating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales from the Hotlines brand portfolio.\r\nAs a sales representative, they will also research new retail opportunities, competitor activity plus identify in-store brand marketing opportunities.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n \tMaintain and expand client database within your assigned territory\r\n \tVisit accounts according to a pre-determined visit frequency\r\n \tIdentify new retailers through prospecting and through identifying gaps in brands\/ranges\r\n \tFocus on sell-through in existing retailers and support them with tactics that help them sell our products and grow sell-through\r\n \tBecome the ambassador to the brands we represent, ensure our brands are displayed, demonstrated and sold to the level premium brands require\r\n \tAttend trade shows and dealer events as our brand representative\r\n \tPromote our latest offers and brands to maximise new sales opportunities\r\n \tFeedback to HQ any competitor activity\r\n \tShare feedback given by our retail partners to ensure we have the latest intel on the performance of our brands\r\n \tFully utilise all tools to enable an efficient sale i.e. sell in packs, B2B systems, retailer databases and also internal sales systems to understand trends\r\n\r\nWho are we looking for?\r\n\r\n\r\n \tPassionate about cycling (desirable)\r\n \tExcellent communication skills and negotiating skills\r\n \tSelf-motivated and proactive\r\n \tPrevious sales experience\r\n \tExcellent time management\r\n \tDriven by targets\r\n\r\nWho are Hotlines?\r\nHotlines is a group of passionate industry professionals with a shared interest in providing quality products and premium customer service.
