Our ethos is to be the “Kwik Fit” of the bicycle industry and will endeavour to complete any repair job on the spot in order for our customers to be able to get to work/home safely and on time.

We are looking for an equally motivated and enthusiastic bicycle mechanic to add to our growing team who has the skills, knowledge and dedication to get our customers safely back on the road. To work with us you must have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in bicycle repairs and servicing, be able to work as a team player and be able to prioritise you own workload, including an awareness of time-management.  We also expect a good awareness of health and safety principles, be able to work with minimal supervision and have a high level of diagnostic and problem solving ability (Cytech qualification preferable). In order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction we also expect great communication skills both face-to-face as well as on the phone and the ability to provide accurate work shop quotes and advice regarding bicycle parts/maintenance. Basic computer competency is also required in order to work with our POS/Citrus lime software and book jobs into our workshop calendar however training will be provided.

In return we will be offering a 25-30k salary for a 40hr full-time role working five days a week. Shifts are 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm weekdays, as well as two Saturdays a month working 9am-6pm.
