Also found in our stores are leading brands such as DMR, Exposure Lights, 100%, Deity, Met, Melon Optics and Hope and our stores acts as a hub for the local community.

We are now on the hunt for a full time mechanic to join our team for our new store opening early 2022.

It is a fast-paced fun environment to work in where an enthusiastic individual will fit right in. You will need a high attention to detail and be proactive in your work ethics.

About the Role
Do you have a passion for cycling and all things mechanical?

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic full time mechanic to join our busy workshops.

Previous experience in a bike workshop and a passion for customer service is key, as well as a passion for cycling.

eBikes are now a large proportion of the bikes being worked on, experience with these would be useful but not essential. Training will be made available if needed.

Key responsibilities:
Repairs on all types of bikes, including eBikes, hydraulic brakes and Di2.

Building new bikes and carrying out PDIs for the sales floor

Delivering excellent customer service with an emphasis on communication

Maintain a professional environment in store and keeping a clean work area.

Understanding product knowledge to answer customer queries properly.

About you:
A passion for cycling is essential.

At least 2 years of experience in a workshop, with a Cytech 2 or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience of working on eBikes is advantageous.
