If you\u2019re into all things cycling, know your gear ratios from your hub widths and love talking passionately about bikes and kit, we want to hear from you.\r\n\r\nWe\u2019re looking for a new Outbound Internal Sales and Customer Services Executive to join our cycling-obsessed customer services team and provide our stockist network with exceptional service day-in, day-out.\r\n\r\nThis dynamic role will prioritise making outbound sales calls to stockists of our elite performance products, maximising orders based on their needs and agreed sales goals. This means you\u2019ll need to show both honed sales skills a relentlessly positive attitude to brighten up the day of every stockist you call. You\u2019ll need to know our cycling products inside out to provide the best expert advice in the industry and have an eye for detail to capture day-to-day sales results and feedback.\r\n\r\nWhen not making outbound calls, you\u2019ll play a key role in inbound customer services, answering calls from stockists or responding via email and other communications channels. You\u2019ll need to be task orientated and able to swiftly see issues through from initial investigation to solution while liaising with multiple departments along the way. You\u2019ll also talk directly to real riders through our websites\u2019 live chat functionality.\r\n\r\nFirst and foremost, the ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate cyclist with a love of road, MTB and gravel riding. You\u2019ll also have significant sales and\/or customer service experience \u2013 ideally within the cycling industry.
