This full-time role is all about giving visitors to Giant/Liv York a brilliant experience, by offering an unrivalled and tailored service. You will need to inspire and engage with customers’ cycling aspirations, help create a welcoming environment, and maintain the appearance of our vibrant store.
We are looking for a natural communicator who is passionate about both cycling and bikes. You will have an aptitude for gaining product knowledge and an enthusiasm for the Giant and Liv brands. You will need the ability to build a rapport with customers, identify their requirements and subsequently help them get the most out of their riding whilst maximising sales.
Attention to detail and sharing our pride in the appearance of the store is important and an aptitude for systems and following processes is desirable, although full training will be given.
You will be joining a small team in what can be a very busy sales environment so you will need to thrive on the demands of this.
Above all, we need someone who loves cycling and who is able to share their enthusiasm with our customers and our cycling community. The team all share a keen, active interest in cycling and we regularly ride together.
For the right candidate this role could be full or part-time. Salary is negotiable and the candidate would also enjoy a great staff discount rate.
