Summary of the Position 

This position requires product knowledge and experience selling in a high-end bike retail environment. 


  • Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers. Direct customers through entire sales process. 
  • Respond to customer’s concerns when necessary. 
  • Address customer’s query regarding available inventory. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers. 
  • High-end accessories and parts knowledge  
  • Custom Bike sales (select compatible parts to build up a bare frame) Complete a multitude of daily housekeeping and office tasks 
  • Participate in planning sessions to guide inventory selection and depth Monitor completion of daily task list. 

Other Qualifications: 

  • Active cyclist 
  • Has worked or currently working in Bicycle shop 
  • Willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates
  • Advantage if available to join immediately.
