We are currently recruiting for a Bike enthusiast to join the Hotlines team in South Queensferry.\r\nJob Purpose:\r\nThe Sales and Tech Advisor is a key role that delivers sales, technical support and targeted promotional \/ brand sell in. The primary function of this role is to ensure our independent dealer network has a head office contact to ensure all sales orders, queries and technical support can be managed.\r\nA proactive sales approach through outbound calls schedules via call plans to deliver pre-defined territory sales targets. Selling across all brands, promotions and supporting the Field Sales Reps with follow up calls and prospecting.\r\nThe Sales and Tech Advisor will also be on hand to provide technical assistance, ensuring our dealers receive best in class product support and advice.\r\nAccountabilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n \tSales \u2013 ensuring outbound sales calls are made against a pre-determined call plan.\r\n \tBrand and Promotions Focus \u2013 delivering outbound sales support for any new brand sell in initiative and product promotions to help achieve the overall sales target.\r\n \tOrder Processing \u2013 managing all inbound orders and placing all orders onto the order management system.\r\n \tTechnical Support \u2013 being the first point of contact for any product specific question and technical support.\r\n \tArea of Expertise \u2013 this role will also include the management of a specific area of expertise. This could include product category expertise, operational expertise or systems.\r\n \tEvents \u2013 support at dealer demo and launch\/sales events.\r\n\r\nKPI\u2019s:\r\n\r\n\r\n \tMeeting sales targets\r\n \tOutbound call targets\r\n \tDoor \/ brand listing targets achieved\r\n \tTargets relating to specific areas of expertise\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\r\n\r\n\r\n \tHave experience working in a high performing sales culture.\r\n \tTechnical expertise within the bike sector.\r\n \tA passion for the products and brands that Hotlines Europe represents.\r\n \tCan work under pressure and against demanding sales targets and objectives.\r\n\r\nCompetencies:\r\n\r\n\r\n \tA self-motivated and driven individual.\r\n \tFirst class communicator with experience in tele sales.\r\n\r\nWho are Hotlines?\r\nHotlines is a group of passionate industry professionals with a shared interest in providing quality products and premium customer service.
