We pride ourselves on our range of high-quality products and the quality service we offer our customers.\r\nJob Purpose\r\nThis role is critical to the Silverfish business and will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close in an assigned territory. Success will be measured based upon the delivery of the Silverfish Sales and Marketing plan. This role will involve managing customer relationships and ensuring all of our dealers receive the level of customer service synonymous with Silverfish. The role will be responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with Silverfish\u2019s vision and values.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\nThe specific duties of this post will include, though not be limited to:\r\n\r\n\r\n \tEstablishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the territory to generate new business.\r\n \tDemonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge that allows the Sales Representative to give effective presentation of the product range of Silverfish UK Ltd.\r\n \tMaking telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.\r\n \tComplete understanding of pricing and proposal models.\r\n \tResearching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.\r\n \tDeveloping clear and effective written proposals\/quotations for current and prospective customers.\r\n \tExpediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.\r\n \tCoordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting and logistics.\r\n \tAnalysing the territory\/market\u2019s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers.\r\n \tPlanning and organising a personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory.\r\n \tWork in partnership with Internal Sales colleagues to grow and support accounts.\r\n \tSupplying management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.\r\n \tKeeping up to date with products in the market and their application, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of relevant literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.\r\n \tMaintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.\r\n \tAdhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.\r\n \tParticipating in trade shows and events.\r\n\r\nRelationships and Roles:\r\nInternal \/ External Cooperation\r\n\r\n\r\n \tMaintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\r\n \tDemonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.\r\n \tMaintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.\r\n \tProactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all internal employees.\r\n\r\nJob Specifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n \tA minimum of 4 years of sales experience ideally within the cycling industry or must be able to demonstrate significant bike knowledge.\r\n \tExtensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.\r\n \tStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.\r\n \tWillingness to travel and work.\r\n \tProven ability to achieve sales quotas.\r\n\r\nSalary and Benefits\r\n\r\n\r\n \tCompetitive salary, commission and bonus scheme.\r\n \tCompany vehicle, laptop, tablet and phone provided.\r\n\r\nApplying\r\nTo apply please email a full CV (detailing current salary\/package) and a covering note outlining your reasons for interest and suitability to\u00a0Sarah.Laing@silverfish-uk.com\u00a0by no later than\u00a012.00 noon on Monday, 18th March 2019.
