We’re looking for a Technical Services Team Advisor to join the Customer Services Team department in Swansea on a 5 month temporary basis.

The Job…

Our Technical service team is a vitally important department for You will be dealing with all aspects of technical aftersales, from warranty claims with suppliers to set-up issues on delivery. With the aim to get our customers back on their bikes safely and as quickly as possible.

We pride ourselves on our effortless customer service, and going the extra mile for our customers, taking the stress out of the situation, and getting any issues resolved as quickly as possible

Bikes are in our DNA, so for this role we are interested in your cycling history and any technical bike knowledge to complement your customer service experience and your attention to detail

You’ll be based in a dedicated office in our Swansea Office. Air conditioning, good coffee and a very tightly knit team come as standard.

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Bike Technical Knowledge

You will also need to be…

  • An excellent communicator
  • Comfortable using a computer
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Quick thinking and good at problem solving
  • Able to work on your own and within a team

Contract length: 5 months

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: £19,320.00 per year
