GO Cycling is an enhanced shopping experience aimed at "all cyclists below pro" level, staffed by trained and knowledgeable teams of cycling enthusiasts. Our stores offer everything from road to MTB, fat bikes and everything in between. We have in-store workshops, bike fitting and servicing too. Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable colleagues take pride in delivering excellent customer service to our customers, helping them to choose the right products to make the most of their adventure!
The duties will range from building new bicycles for displays and customers, to performing service work, which can range from simple tweaks to full disassembly and rebuilds of bicycles.
We are looking for colleagues who are;
• Able to provide exceptional customer service; be positive in nature, always friendly and eager to help.
• Have a “can do” attitude, be passionate about great service and do your best for our customer whilst driving sales. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a sales/service environment and the ability to work in a customer focused environment with similar minded individuals.
• You will be required to PDI new bikes for customers, therefore you will require a keen interest in learning about bike technology as you will need to obtain your PDI qualification (via GO) at the start of your employment.
