ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting and demanding opportunity based at the SRAM Technical Centre in Windsor.
The position is responsible for the overall day to day management of the centre including, leading and motivating the team to achieve the companies agreed service level expectations, ongoing team training and development including performance reviews, direct customer contact and dispute resolution, stock management, weekly KPI reporting, health and safety, facility and contractor management.
The successful applicant needs to have a flexible approach to work, be highly organised, a great communicator, people manager experience and be responsive to travel to ZyroFisher HQ in Darlington when required.
