Responsible for growing sales and profitability throughout the store, you will achieve success through leading a team focused on delivering the best customer experience. You will need to get the basics right, so making sure your store is fully operational 7 days a week and that the right people are in the right place at the right times.
It’s a big job, but hugely rewarding, especially as you will need to be an effective manager of people to be a success. Driving your teams’ performance forward will be part of your day to day job and you will be involved in the recruitment and development of all new members of your team.
