- Extra language(s) fluency a plus as well as warm and welcoming telephone manner
- Provide pre and post-sales customer support and technical assistance via phone, e-mail, and other electronic media such as video service documentation
- Provide after sales support to the sales team, including contacting new customers (dealers) and end consumers by phone, attending trade shows, and providing product setup and sales training resources
- Visit customers and resellers when required to offer training, sales and product support
- Provide front line technical assistance to end consumers as well as dealers.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of technical literature and other communication in the form of instructions, manuals and repair guides.
- Perform customer training sessions at the company’s office and at customer sites
- Assist with repair work and servicing of product at the service centre as necessary
- Work with the engineering team on continuous improvement of quality control, manufacturing and design as reflected by reported customer service issues
- Create video and paper service instructions manuals and maintain company literature
- Manual handling is required from time to time for shipping parts and product to customers
- Reporting to the Sales Director
