Judean People’s Front blocks bike deliveries

Dissident G8 is protesting against the G8 summit being held in Sea Island, Georgia, 5-10th June.

The main focus for the US protests is at http://www.g8resistance.org/ No news on there about the UK group, Dissident G8.

A bunch of Dissident G8 protesters are currently blockading a Texaco fuel depot in Colwick, near Nottingham. In the process, the protestors have denied access to lorries carrying Giant bikes in and out of a neighbouring industrial estate. So, if bike shops around the country fail to get their ordered Giant bikes tomorrow, you know why…

The Colwick fuel depot was last blockaded in September 2000 by a ragbag group of farmer-and-haulier fuel protestors.
