Hampshire-based Cooke Components has recruited Nick Jupp as its sales agent in Scotland.
Cooke Components are the exclusive UK distributors for Veltec Wheels – a range of hand built German wheels for road and MTB – and VEL components. The VEL range of components and accessories includes tools, bar tape, bottle cages, cleats, brake cables and accessories, chain catchers and Garmin mounts, with more products currently in development.
“All our products offer retailers very competitive price points and extremely strong margins” says MD Matt Cooke.
“With Nick joining us, our sales team now covers the entire country and we can work with retailers to help them sell through the products and create new business.
“We have recently appointed a marketing and PR company to help us with the growth of our brands and we have a wide range of products currently out for review with the major cycling media. It’s a good time to get on board with VEL and Veltec,” he concludes.
