Kask launches Mojito X and Mojito X Peak

Italy-based helmet brand Kask has launched the Mojito X and the Mojito X Peak.

Designed for road and gravel riders respectively, they are the two new models in the Mojito range, the original of which was launched in 2016.

The Mojito X is a road helmet which is designed to be lightweight and offers ventilation via 26 air intakes.

It features an ‘Up‘n’Down’ adjustment system which has a double pivot design that enables the back of the head to be cradled by the straps, which can be tightened to the correct tension by a central ratchet wheel.

This fitting system is combined with its low-density Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) padding.

The Multi In-Moulding technology system has a polycarbonate layer that covers the shell on the top, on the base ring, and at the back.

The eco-leather chinstrap is anti-allergic, washable and incorporates soft lateral spacers, which enables ventilation and avoids irritation.

The Mojito X also features high visibility stickers to add an extra safety aspect.

The Mojito X Peak was designed with gravel biking in mind, and its removable peak is designed to protect riders from rain, grit, gravel, mud and the sun’s glare.

It also offers ventilation, an eco-leather and anti-allergenic chinstrap with chin pad, high visibility stickers, and the ‘Up‘n’Down’ adjustment system.
