Kask and its UK distributor VeloBrands are continuing their crash replacement programme for all of the Italian brand’s helmets.
The offered service ensures that Kask users can get damaged helmets replaced quickly and at a minimal price. Kask’s crash replacement programme will be managed by VeloBrands for UK customers.
Following a crash, the customer can email email@example.com, complete the required paper work and return the helmet by post with proof of purchase from an official UK Kask retailer. VeloBrands will then provide a replacement helmet at 50 per cent of retail price plus the cost of postage and packaging. The process can be completed within a week.
