Issue two of Cycling Mobility magazine will be out next month and features world-class cycling infrastructure in Taiwan, home to companies such as Merida and Giant, which help fund the country's growing bicycle scene.

Other features in issue two include intelligent residential storage in new-build developments; an appraisal of the new NACTO best-practice urban design guide with commentary from former Sustrans boss John Grimshaw; an interview with Roger Geller, Portland’s bicycle coordinator; a piece from Paul DeMaio of the Bike-Sharing Blog, giving public sector buyers an overview of the third-generation bike-share vendors and their technology; and the truth behind the headlines earlier this year that cycling heart attacks causes heart attacks.

As a promotion, Cycling Mobility is staging a week-long subscription offer, with 20 percent off the £79/$129 annual subscription. The offer code will be placed on the magazine's Twitter feed.

Cycling Mobility - an "international journal which will help readers understand the global picture of today’s trends and tomorrow’s innovation in cycling infrastructure and policies" – is also available for the iPad.
