Over 5,400 repairs, services and custom builds put through its workshops in half a decade

Revel Outdoors’ first five years, in numbers

In five years, Revel Outdoors has sold over 2,560 bikes to locals and over 10,000 inner tubes – over 2,000 per year.

The East of England bike retailer published the statistics to mark its five five years in the business.

Other stats the retailer shared included 5,400 – the number of repairs, services and custom builds put through its workshops. The firm has over 5,500 registered regular customers and thousands more who simply come and go, Revel Outdoors added.

The business has two shops in Suffolk. It started with the purchase of an existing store in Newmarket in 2007, then three years later Revel Outdoors opened its second in Bury St Edmunds.

It said: "We’ve learned a lot over the last five years, and we hope to continue providing better products and services, encouraging more people to get out and enjoy cycling."
