Yeovil Cycles 'would-be thief' to stand trial

Defendant pleads not guilty to 'burglary preparation incident'

A man has been accused of putting white sticky labels over a motion alarm sensor at Yeovil Cycles.

As reported by The Western Gazette, the alleged incident occurred in July and was said to be preparation for a potential burglary.

The defendant has pleaded not guilty to damaging the alarm sensor, so the case is to go to trial. There’s more at the local newsgatherer.
