LCC has cash to award to cycle projects

The kind of community cycling projects the LCC has on the go at the moment include adult cycle training courses, getting youngsters on their bikes and cycle maintenance workshops.

These sort of inititiaves create customers (although, admittedly, not always very profitable ones) and could either be nurtured by bike shops, or IBDs could come up with their own cycle promotion projects.
